Crunchy Honey Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Crunchy Honey Oatmeal Cookies Ingredients:
150g Cap Kompang
1/b tsp salt
60g castor sugar
100g butter
30g instant / quick cooking oats
50g chunky peanut butter
25g honey


  1. Preheat over to 170°C.
  2. Mix butter, honey, peanut butter, sugar, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in sifted flour and oats into mixture and mix well.
  4. Roll out dough to 4mm thickness and cut with a floured fluted cutter. Place cut out dough onto greased trays.
  5. Brush lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with some oats. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes before placing the cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely.
